Our online GIS mapping system will be down for maintenance April 7th-8th. This allows us to improve this vital tool so it can better serve the community. Ferndale Moves to Hybrid City Council Meetings

Last night’s hybrid city council meeting was a success! Council, staff and the public were able to conduct the people’s business both in-person and online. Going forward, we anticipate that this will be part of our regular operations. You can attend the next city council meeting, April 18th at 5PM at the City Annex (5694 Second Avenue) or online at www.cityofferndale.org.

City Council Meeting Information – Monday, April 4, 2022

The City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022  will be a hybrid-style meeting, with the option of attending in-person or remotely. The meeting will be held at the City Hall Annex, 5694 Second Avenue.

This is still an open public meeting as defined by the Open Public Meetings Act. The City will be using Microsoft Teams to livestream the council meeting. Members of the public do not need to download anything to view the proceedings. To join the meeting, click here.

Members of the public who wish to submit comments on items not on the agenda who are unable to attend in person are encouraged to submit written comments to City Clerk Susan Duncan by emailing susanduncan@cityofferndale.org. Comments received prior to 4:00 p.m. Monday, April 4, 2022 will be read during the public comment period of the meeting and included in the meeting record. Remote Meeting Notice – Wednesday, March 30, 2022 Council Committees

The regularly scheduled Council Committee meetings on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams, with staff and Councilmembers accessing the meeting from individual locations. This complies with Governor Jay Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28, as extended until further notice.
