This project, completed in 2007, called for the improvement of the Malloy Avenue, Vista Drive, Ferndale Terrace, Shuksan Avenue and Memorial Drive area. The City received grant funding from the Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) to construct a roundabout to address traffic circulation and pedestrian safety in this area near Ferndale High School.

RAM Construction General Contractors, Inc. was awarded the contract to complete this project for their bid price of $1,359,146.81.
