This project involves selective demolition to remove non-bearing interior walls, minor reconfiguration of interior spaces to add new storage rooms. Work also includes installation of a new fire sprinkler  system. Structural purlins will be added between existing steel trusses & beams to support the new fire sprinkler lines. The area of the existing building is approximately 11,560 square feet.  There are alternates being considered as part of the bid that would enlarge a room and create a service window between two rooms.
