Project Summary
This project replaced two existing culverts with a box culvert through the headwaters to California Creek located between Portal Way and Malloy Rd. The project also restored approximately 150 linear feet of roadway at the crossing of the culvert on Brown Road, just west of the BNSF Railroad crossing.

Project Summary
This project improved the intersection of Main Street northerly to Thornton Road. Work included installing an enclosed storm drainage system, installing a sanitary main and watermain, paving, curb and gutters, sidewalks, and other work.

Project Summary
This maintenance project addressed aging sections of roadway on Main Street between Third Avenue and Barrett Avenue using a variety of techniques, including crack seal, grind and overlay, and full-depth pavement removal and replacement.

Project Summary
This project installed approximately 470 feet of 36” diameter corrugated poly storm pipe and new storm structures within an easement located between Main Street and LaBounty Drive at 1788 LaBounty Drive. Work included removal and/or abandonment of an existing 18” concrete storm line and structures within the new pipe alignment.

Project Summary
This project demolished a 1.5-story, single-family residential structure with a full basement and garage. The house was approximately 1,452 square feet of wood frame structure with 1,152 square feet of basement. The home was in poor condition and was removed in preparation for a future roundabout planned for this intersection.

Project Summary
This project replaced approximately 1000 feet of aging sewer main with a larger 15” sanitary sewer main along Malloy between Oxford Court and Thornton Road, and on Thornton Road 200 feet east of Malloy Avenue. New 6” side services were installed as necessary.

Project Summary
This project involved selective demolition to remove non-bearing interior walls, and minor reconfiguration of interior spaces to add new storage rooms. Work also included the installation of a new fire sprinkler system. Structural purlins were added between existing steel trusses & beams to support the new fire sprinkler lines.

Project Summary
This project involved the construction of a new 8’ diameter pump station wet well, pumps, discharge piping, supports, level sensor equipment, and misc. accessories, along with a new bypass pumping port and valving, a new 4-foot diameter manhole, and a 15-inch gravity sewer pipe to the new wet well. The project included the removal of existing pumps, valves, and discharge piping in the vicinity of both 6-foot wet wells, and removal of existing electrical controls, and the installation of new controls, support brackets/unistruts, and instrumentation.

Project Summary
This project installed approximately 430 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer main along Sterling Ave. The new sewer main begins from an existing structure at the intersection of Washington and Sterling, then extends southerly approximately 430 feet to the intersection of Guinevere Street and Sterling. Work included trench excavation, sanitary sewer and side sewer installation, and removing existing drainage structures.
