Juror Questionnaire

If you are not a U.S. citizen or resident of Ferndale (in or out of city limits), you are automatically exempt from jury service in Ferndale.  If you have planned a vacation or have plans to be out of the area, are a stay-at-home Mom or Dad, or work a night shift, you are exempt from jury service in Ferndale for this term.

Please complete this form and submit it, even if you feel you are exempt per the language above.  We need to have a record of the reason for your exemption.
