Ferndale Terrace from the Vista Dr roundabout to Hendrickson Ave. Monday, December 8th through Friday, December 12th, 2025
Drivers should expect delays as Ferndale Terrace will be reduced to one-way single lane traffic to accommodate street paving.
Phase 1
Paving begins at the Vista Dr roundabout. During this brief phase, the western half of the roundabout will be closed, and Ferndale Terrace will be closed. Traffic will be directed through the roundabout by flaggers.
Phase 2
The Vista Dr roundabout will be open, and Ferndale Terrace restricted to a single lane. Drivers will only be able to access Ferndale Terrace via the Vista Dr roundabout. Ferndale Terrace traffic will enter via the roundabout and proceed in a westbound direction. Work will start at the roundabout and continue toward Hendrickson Ave. When the first side of Ferndale Terrace is complete the contractor will switch the driving lane and proceed to pave the other half of the roadway, once again starting at the roundabout. Traffic will be assisted by flaggers.
In addition, all intersections that connect with Ferndale Terrace will be closed during Phase 2.
