Meetings are held at 9 to 10 a.m. in the Main Conference Room of Ferndale City Hall on Wednesdays prior to regularly scheduled City Council Meetings.

This Committee is focused on the planning, land use, and economic development activities with the City. Issues concerning City Architectural and Site Design Standards, annexations, Comprehensive Plan revisions and amendments, zoning and permitting matters, and parks planning matters undergo ongoing evaluation by this Committee.
