| Hearing Examiner | Reviews and makes determinations on land-use issues appealed to the Hearing Examiner and participates as part of the approval process on a variety of land-use decisions in the City of Ferndale. |
| Development Standards Review | Community Development staff refer to these standards as part of the joint Technical Review Committee process on new development within Ferndale along with the Public Works Department. |
