The Community Development Department is responsible for administering Titles 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 of the Ferndale Municipal Code. Title 18 is the Zoning Code and describes the different zoning categories, as well as the uses that can be permitted in each zone. The code also described a variety of other standards, including parking and landscaping.
