The community has said it would like new development in the area, and now the city is working to determine the best, most responsible way for that growth to occur.

Roundabout Planning

The draft Environmental Impact Statement identifies the use of traffic signals or roundabouts as potential methods to mitigate increasing levels of traffic within the Planned Action Area.
